Names Don Krasnosky President of Shared Services Division
Krasnosky to lead shared services integration
between core business units
DALLAS (July 7, 2005) – Dallas-based TRANSFIRST,
a leading provider of transaction processing services and payment
enabling technologies, today announced that Don Krasnosky has
been named president of the company's Shared Services Division.
In this position, Krasnosky will focus on identifying and implementing
key technologies and processes to promote superior performance
for TRANSFIRST's
customers. Additionally, he will lead the company's efforts to
streamline processes and enhance operational efficiencies between
its core business units.

Krasnosky's career in the credit card and payments
industry spans more than 15 years, during which he served as a
payment systems consultant specializing in payment-related products
and services while managing back-office operational functions
such as merchant implementation, chargeback processing, help desks
and credit and debit card reconciliation. His background also
includes extensive management experience with Priceline WebHouse
Club, Paymentech, FirstUSA Paymentech and SPS Payment Systems.
A former intelligence specialist with the United States Army,
Krasnosky graduated Cum Laude with a concentration in Finance
from the University of Miami.
