Check Services
Check processing verification and/or guaranty allows merchants

With our check processing solution, merchants are protected against

offers four levels of check processing protection and convenience,
depending on the merchant’s needs.
ACH Processing
Our Electronic Check Conversion (ECC) turns a traditional paper
check into an electronic check at the point of sale, converting
it to an ACH transaction. The check writer is asked to sign a
receipt authorizing the ACH and then the check is given back to
the customer.
Gift & Loyalty
Card Program
TRANSFIRST’s
gift and loyalty card program helps merchants build customer loyalty,
increase traffic and allow even the smallest merchant to compete
with larger retailers and generate revenue. Our easy-to-use program
offers three different levels of gift card starter kits and allows
a merchant to customize the card’s design based on their
own business’ look and feel.
Fleet Card Acceptance
Program
TRANSFIRST’s
turn-key and easy-to-use fleet card acceptance program allows
independent fuel merchants to increase profit, store traffic and
customer loyalty. With TRANSFIRST merchant services
you don’t have to manage individual relationships with card
associations or fleet card providers. We accept all credit, debit
and fleet cards, and simplify the complexities of handling fleet
sales tax. Our program includes Wright Express and Voyager.

Chargebacks
We handle all retrievals and chargebacks through our in-house
system. Daily management includes services such as two notices
sent on retrievals and a four-calendar-day delay before debiting
for chargebacks.

is the primary objective of the Chargeback Department. TRANSFIRST
works quickly to gather all necessary documentation to support
a disputed sale.
Credit & Risk
We monitor merchants’ daily processing activity utilizing
robust in-house software. We audit several different risk factors
at the merchant level to minimize fraud and loss problems for
the merchant and financial institution.
