    QC Specialist – Louisville, CO

    Description: Perform Quality Control of all data entry done by Coders, Maintenance Specialists and Data Entry Personnel and other QC Specialists. Send corrections or recaptures back to appropriate department specialists as needed. Log all errors and forward to Quality Assurance Supervisor. Work the Merchant QC portion of Terminal Trak daily to meet timeliness standards. Check for other merchant file paperwork that needs to be processed and route to the correct department.     Qualifications: Minimum of one years experience in bankcard processing operations strongly preferred. Thorough knowledge of Global Admin, VITAL MMS and TSYS, Paymentech, Banctec and internal OnTrak systems. Accurate data entry skills - minimum 5000 keystrokes per hour with 99% critical data accuracy. Demonstrated good judgment. Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently without a great deal of direction and supervision.
