TransFirst and Great Western Bank Announce New Referral Agreement
Hauppauge, New York (October 16, 2013) – TransFirst®, a leading provider of transaction processing

states, announce the creation of a new, seven-year merchant processing referral arrangement. The

many competitors, including the incumbent processor, as the Bank’s merchant services program provider.
Under the agreement, TransFirst will deploy sales resources in the Bank’s primary markets of
Omaha/Council Bluffs and Lincoln, NE; Denver/Boulder, CO; Phoenix, AZ; Des Moines, IA and Sioux
Falls, SD. A TransFirst telesales team will support branches outside these markets. In the future, Great
Western Bank will also utilize TransFirst to launch a comprehensive quarterly cross-sales campaign with
the Bank’s existing commercial clients currently accepting cards through other merchant processors.
